HR would like to track the cancelled and deleted performance documents with reasons. I do not see the option while cancelling  or deleting the performance document. Am I missing something here? 

( We have the option to select the reason for Move the task back, forward) .

Appreciate any inputs and guidance, workaround some way to record reason while using Cancel, Delete Action.
