Need to change the Approval Hierarchy from one Employee's hierarchy to other's.

We have Business case in which we have to use Purchasing Approval Employee Supervisor Hierarchy.

In this case we have to change the Route of Hierarchy like :

We are using Start From Buyer.

Is there any way that Buyer can change the Route of Employee Hierarchy?

We are using Employee Supervisor Hierarchy of  a Buyer.

 

Now if Buyer have to change the Approver as Employee X and then Approval Hierarchy should follow the chain of Employee X hierarchy.
