Deductions to start one month after election date

Deductions to start one month after election date

Content

Hi,

We want the deductions to start first of the month after an employee makes elections. I tried using "First of month after later of elections or enrollment start". But, it is always giving the rate start date as first of month after enrollment start. We have an enrollment period of 30 days.

Example: Event date is Sep 20th. Enrollment period is 30 days. If the elections are made on Oct 4th, I expect the system to start the rate on Nov 1st. But, rate is starting on Oct 1st.

Is there another way to get around this, please? We did try fast formula approach. But, Election Date DBI is not available in FF.

Howdy, Stranger!
