Eligibility Profile Issue
Summary
Eligibility Profile for Full TimeContent
Hi
Not sure if this is from an update but noticed an issue with benefits where if a child dependent is not marked as a fulltime student they do not show as eligible for coverage. Any child under the age of 21 should be eligible for coverage and any child over 21 who is a full time student is eligible until age 25. We got struck on to how to achieve this eligibility criteria.
Any insights ...really helps..
