Is there a Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud REST API To trigger Payables Invoice Tax Calculation throu

This is just a query to make sure we have the needed APIs to trigger the Tax Calculation request to a Tax Partner for Payables Invoice

We are able to leverage the Accounts Receivables REST API to trigger Tax Partner Tax Calculation on an AR Invoice. However, when we create the Payables Invoice and trigger the "validate Invoice" through REST API, the Payables Invoice goes to System Hold, as we observe it in Fusion UI,  stating" The tax partner calculation is pending".

So is there a way to create a Payables Invoice and trigger Tax Partner Tax Calculation through Oracle Fusion Cloud REST APIs.
