Rename an evaluate button for manager role only

We want to change the label on the button from Evaluate to View for the manager role only.   The evaluate button we want to change is in the performance document under the evaluation topics section next to the Request Participant Feedback - Participant.

We have the EL below to show the change only for the manager role, but how do we add the label change to the expression language we used for the manager role only?
