Hello - is there a way to have custom text listed for new hires only, and then different custom text for everyone else? I tried using the customization guide, but can not get this logic to work. We do not want to use the seeded message text.

If possible, it would be great to have an expression for the following:

1. custom welcome text for all employees

2. custom welcome text to show for New Hires only

3. Custom text for employees with Open Enrollment event started only
