PO approval routing to only top level of hierarchy

Want to route PO to only the top level of the Requester hierarchy

We would like to build an approval workflow where the system would evaluate the hierarchy of the Requester and only send the PO to the highest level of the hierarchy to approve. An example is below.

Approval Level:

  1. Level 1 - 20k
  2. Level 2 - 50k
  3. Level 3 - 100k
  4. Level 4 - 250k
  5. Level 5 - 500k

When a PO is created for 150k, we would want the routing to only send the approval to Level 4 since everyone under that level does not have signing authority to approve.
