Can additional fields be activated in the Alignment section that a manager sees on the employee goal

Can we enable additional fields on the Goal Alignment section that the manager sees as well as have fields update based on what the employees update?

Hi All-

We are going to start using Goal Alignment.  Our top level manager put in a goal for several employees.  However, in his view of the aligned goals he sees very limited information. 

1. Can additional fields be activated for him to see items such as Percentage Complete, Status, Target Completion date? I searched through Design Studio but was having trouble finding anything here that looked like it would enable it.  I also looked through page composer and did n't see anything that looks like I could enable.
