Hi all,
How do you handle confidentiality for internal applicants?
That is, avoiding that their manager discovers them applying to other jobs in the organisation.
We use notifications for internal candidates, e.g. confirmation, rejection, job offer notification etc. Unfortunately, a manager can go to the BPM Worklist and under My Staff Tasks see all notifications that their employees have received. Thereby the manager can discover that their employees have applied to other positions.
We have raised this with Oracle Support and in Core HR forum (https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/dc2d82deba)
