Hi 

We set this profile option to 3 HRA_PD_DISPLAY_PAST_YRS.   The description says

 

Number of past years from the current date for which to display performance documents as determined by the performance document end date

 

Does this mean that the Performance documents will no longer be available to the employees to see after the 3 years under Me/Career and Performance/Performance?   Will HR still be able to pull up the documents under My Client Groups/Performance?  Will the information still be available on reports if we created a Performance Document status report in OTBI?
