Is there a place where we can understand the data model (Tables) for OTBI reports?

We need to be able to snapshot the underlying tables so we can baseline the reports and then identify when a change is made.  This is an essential requirement from an external audit perspective.  Where an OTBI report is being used to execute a control, we need to know whenever the report / catalog / model is changed.  When a change to a report is made, we need to retest the completeness and accuracy of the report.
