DMV Background Checks

We are collecting background consents ourselves and then sharing PII data with BGC partners to complete the background. We have a requirements to share Driver's License info as well to complete DMV checks. We have created EFF to capture Driver's license information, however, not sure if the background check vendors would access to the EFF sections to take information. We would like to know how other companies are managing this scenarios?
