6 health insurance plans, gradual and not possible to downgrade before 24 month enrolment but possible to upgrade in case of promotion


We have an unrestricted and flex credit program type with several plans. Those plans are flex credit and core type, inside the same program. We have different rates associated to each option, both with points and currency creating a mix that can cost to the employee points and BRL(Currency). Associated to this program we have different credits calculated with a fast formula with a logic that gives points to each employee considering the Job and a TML (flexfield that considers a level that gives extra points for dependent to use). In a promotion for instance, we have the increase of the credit
