Is it possible for workers to selectively copy goals from their performance goals into a new documen

edited Oct 22, 2020 7:25AM in Performance Management 3 comments

Summary

Goals that were applicable in previous cycles may not be applicable to the current cycle regardless of their status (complete or not) and we'd like the worker to select which ones to continue with

Content

We do not use goal management as such and prefer that goals are captured directly in the performance document.

It seems that the options in a template are to "Populate With Worker Performance Goals" or not. The problem is that many goals have not been completed in previous cycles and the worker performance goal plans are collecting goals that are no longer relevant. This means that if we populate new documents with the worker performance goals then the worker needs to clean up goals by removing them from their document (they can't be deleted because they we used in a previous document).

Howdy, Stranger!
