Make the SR's Priority with the incoming email address

Hi Team,

We have multiple incoming email address like domain1@sample.com , domain2@sample.com and if any customer dropping an email to domain1@sample.com an SR will be created.
Here our business requirement is if the SR is coming to domain1@sample, they need to treat as high priority SR. the SR is coming to domain2@sample, they need to treat as low priority SR.
In OSVC we have business rules to achieve it.So Is there any way to achieve this in OEC? 

Please suggest if anyonw aware of this.
