Make the SR's Priority with the incoming email address

Hi Team,

We have multiple incoming email address like [email protected] , [email protected] and if any customer dropping an email to [email protected] an SR will be created.
Here our business requirement is if the SR is coming to [email protected], they need to treat as high priority SR. the SR is coming to [email protected], they need to treat as low priority SR.
In OSVC we have business rules to achieve it.So Is there any way to achieve this in OEC? 

Please suggest if anyonw aware of this.
