Translating Ratings dropdowns from Performance Document

Need the ability to translate these

We have configured our 2020 Performance Documents. We have went through the process of translating and everything but the ratings drop downs (Goals and Overall Rating scales) are not translating when the EE or manager selects them from the drop down. These ratings are fully translated (along with the descriptions) when the EE/manager selects the hyperlink within the performance document to show more details.

Any ideas on how to do this?
