I want to enable service logging. I came across this documentation https://docs.cloud.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/Logging/Concepts/service_logs.htm but I could not find any documentation which explains how to enable service logging using API calls.

If there is any specific API for doing it, then please do let me know.
