Sequence of Tasks - Employee Final Comments and Approval

Our 2019 Process flow in Performance is as shown below: For 2020, we have removed Set Next period goals as I understand it is no longer available in RUI, however we have added the document sharing task.   The issue we are having is that the employee final comments are now happening after the second line manager approves and no longer as in our current 2019 flow - occuring after the approval from the second line manager. 

Can someone advise why I can no longer get the manager approval to sequence after the employee final comments -- it simply seems to have changed because we added the Share task?   We would really like to keep the Share task but it changes our flow.
