Cancel/By-Pass self evaluation Personalization issue in Mobile for Manager

Manager is able to Access By-Pass self evaluation, Cancel performance document for direct reporting via Mobile, Need to remove those options.

We have done personalization to those options in Browser, working fine. we need to remove those in Mobile view as well for Manager.
