Creating recruitment campaign for audience based out of a specific location area

We have a requirement to create Recruiting campaign for a specific group of External candidates who are based out within 100 miles radius from London. 

Is there any way by which we can achieve this requirement? 

We have seen the option of adding location as one of the criteria for selecting audience but there is no option for choosing the radius.
