Eligibility Profile Help
Summary
Do I have to use a fast formula to determine eligibilty?Content
Hello everyone,
My company is getting ready to have our 4th annual performance review in Cloud. The first 3 reviews determined employee eligibility using a fast formula. That fast formula was created by a teammate that is no longer on the team so this year it is up to me.
It looks like the creation of an eligibility profile is much simpler this year. I see where you can use criteria similar to how we build an analysis in OTBI.
My question is this: do you have to use a fast formula to determine eligibility anymore? Can I just use the eligibility criteria in the screen shot below?
