We have a custom key word routing script to route our incoming email incidents to the proper queues and products. We are looking to see what keyword rules trigger the most.


Our filed Keyword Rule Log shows our Keyword rule ID and the execution time so we get multiple rows of results for each rule. I am trying, at a minimum to remove the : and everything to the right. 

What we have

Incoming Incident Email No Value 21
Incoming Incident Email 10076 : Match execution time (in seconds): 0.078203201293945 1
Incoming Incident Email 11300 : Match execution time (in seconds): 0.18690919876099
