Goals flows to PD even after self evaluation completed.

Hello Experts,

Goals submitted, approved and Employee completed self evaluation. For some reason employee updated his/her Goals again went for approvals and same are refection in Performance document.

Can you please suggest, is there any way that we can handle this situation or this the standard functionalty?
