We would like to notify internal and external applicants when new requisitions are posted.

Applicants can check the "I agree to receive updates about new job opportunities" checkbox when they complete the requisition. How does this checkbox function? Does it send notifications when new requisitions are posted? Are notifications of new requisitions sent for all locations or just for the locations the applicant previously applied for? How do we know if notifications are going to applicants? Is there a log of notifications that were sent and who they were sent to?
