Hi All-

Is there a way to find out what steps have been performed on a Performance Document without turning on the related Talent Notifications?

For example, we(GHRIS) would like to know when local HR 'completes' a document and if they 'reopens' a document.  We do not have the notifications enabled for this at this time because we didn't want to send a lot of emails to the employees and managers.  We ran into a situation were local HR completed documents that were just in the Set Goals step and then reopened them.  When they reopened them it went to the Manager Final Feedback step (last step in the process).   We received several questions as to why employees documents skipped all the steps without the
