Asking Marital Status in 1st Pass

Summary

Pending Worker Record requires Marital Status for certain countries

Content

Hi Everyone,

We are reviewing the fields that need to be created for pending worker records and the supporting downstream integrations. One of the asks is in regards to Marital Status. This is not a common field requested here in the United States, but I know other regions do request it. Are other global companies asking this as part of the 1st pass application OR are you waiting until the 2nd pass application?

If you are waiting for the 2nd pass application, how are you asking this information given that its has local/contextualized values and that if you create it as a DFF the information becomes visible within ORC for recruiters?

Howdy, Stranger!
