Restriction on Candidate Application

We have couple of scenarios in which we want to restrict candidate to apply for Jobs 

  1. Rejected candidate re-applying for other Jobs within a period of 6 months
  2. If a candidate has already applied for one Job, they shouldn't be allowed to apply for another Job

Suggest if we can achieve any of this requirements.
