Hi there,

I see there are some similar posts to my requirement, however this is slightly different.

Business Requirement: Capture a Meeting Held date.

1. I have created a DFF using the HRA_EVALUATIONS (configured through Performance Descriptive Flexfields).
   • This field appears in the Additional Information section at the bottom of the Performance Document Sections, and the mandatory option is only triggered if the section is opened, and not triggered at Save or Submit.  This option has not been accepted by the business.
2. Configured the "Meeting Held " Task, however the business users are pushing back saying this is too many additonal steps.
