Save button in Performance Evaluation

Performance Evaluation - Questionnaire section page contains 'Save and Close' and 'Cancel' buttons, 'Save' button is not available.

Client has requirement to include the 'Save' button in the Questionnaire Evaluation section page in Performance Management. Before there was a 'Save' button existing, but after some of the release it disappeared. Currently there is only 'Save and Close', but it does not meet the needs. Sometimes with very long questionnaires, managers require to save their evaluation progress, but not to close the page.

I've tried using the page composer, but there is no 'Save' button available to be shown.
