We have a requirement from our customer where to keep the delete option open for only line manager during manager evaluation and not for worker self evaluation. Inside a performance document, HR specialist or Manager to able to delete objectives/goals which were uploaded automatically or added manually in the performance document. If a manager or worker tries to delete a goal from performance document he should be able to do so instead of receiving an error message: You Can't delete the selected goal because you did not assign it to the worker.
