Possibilities of HRDR Email
SummaryCan more email be configured?
I'd like to know what are the possibilities with emails from HRDR.
I mean i've configured the email templates profile values but user only receives e-mail when opens the SR via email.
Shouldn't the user receives email when opening the SR via system?
How can the Agent receives email if another agent forwards to him: changing the responsible one.
If an agent or manager opens the SR for another employee shouldn't both receive email?
Is it possible? Where could we configure it?
