We are trying to validate the investment in HRDR Module.
Does anyone know how can we measure acess in knowledge FAQs? documents? etc.
If they are being well received?
IF people try to open SR but find the answer before doing so
Abut the SRs we could use reports, does anyone have an example of wich tables we could grasp good information?
