Has anyone used a configurable form or a questionnaire to retrieve information from a candidate as part of their onboarding checklist, where does the response from the form or questionnaire reside, and can they be viewed/accessed within Oracle HCM by Line manager, HR Specialist?

Do you have examples/screenshots to support the activity showing ease of access?

We would like to ask some questions, include working time directive, where the new starter would make a declaration. 

When they submit this, we would like to capture the content in a way that can be viewed by HR and line manager.
