Business would like to implement Board of Directors (BOD) approvals. In BOD we have multiple users would be there.  Customer uses Job level approvals, for other level till CEO and we have Employees are associated to Position/Job and it would follow the levels.

Approval Levels:

Dept Head,  Division Head, CXO, CFO,  CEO and BOD 

How we can implement BOD using Job levels, what is the best practice other business follows for similar cas.

Challenges:

BOD is not an employee/no user.. (more than 225 M this should go for approval BOD)  I can't use Job level here as no user exist.  If user exist also we can't use Job levels as multiple people exist or can't use Approval Group as well.
