Dependent not listing for enroll in plan.
Content
Hello Experts.
Plan and options are properly configured. (was working before)
Though now when enrolling in a plan, the options are counting the number of dependents correctly, but are not displaying the list to select which ones there are.
It gets as pending action and user also can't select.
Does anyone know what might possibly going on?
How can dependent count but not list? does it need another process to run?
Thanks a lot
