Customer Import (FBDi) all processes successful but no records imported



I am trying to upload customers via the Customer Import file (extensive version). I ran the following processes:

  1. Create the batch id by navigating to Receivables >> Billing >> Manage Data Import
  2.  Populate the data in spreadsheet and generated CSV
  3. Scheduled Processes and select ESS job “Load Interface File for Import” - Successful
  4. ran process Import Trading Community Data in Bulk- successful
  5. Import Bulk Customer Data Successful

​navigated to UI >>Receivables >>Billing>>Manage Data Import

Total records displayed but under heading Total import=0. Added a screenshot

Any guidance appreciated
