We are finding the manager navigation to view their team's performance reviews clunky and not intuitive.  There isn't one menu option that shows a manager one snapshot view of all their team and all the necessary action items (manage participant feedback, add anytime document, etc.).  The features and views change depending on menu options you are on and can be confusing.  My Team options: Performance, Career and Performance, Performance Overview.  They each have different choices.

Could other customers share what menu options they use and post screen shots of their view?  Looking for ideas on how to improve.  Also has anyone utilized the Deep Links option?
