Dashboard Parameter Values Filer is blank on run

Summary

Dashboard with 10 reports. most all have a filter of inc.performance.group_id. In edit, I have selected this to default to Logged In. On run of Dashboard, filter screen pops up and it all blank

Dashboard with 10 reports. In each report I have selected the filters to be select able at run time.  In the edit mode of the dashboard, I have selected Parameter Values filters and in this edit mode I can see the common filters all matching what I have set in each report.  

 

When you run the dashboard, the Parameter Value window does pop up, but is 100% blank
