Hello - I'm trying to determine the amount of time it takes a requeued chat to be reassigned after being disconnected.  I currently have the following values set in configuration

ABSENT_INTERVAL - 120

AGENT_ABSENT_RETRY_COUNT - 2

User_ABSENT_RETRY_COUNT - 2
