If a user who is the last approver of the PR document and if the same user has the privilege which allows of Receiving goods of other Requesters in " My Receipts " , then the system should not allow the user to Receive the goods against that PR document.

i.e. Suppose if there is PR document "12345" for which User "QWERTY" was the Last approver.

And the User "QWERTY" has the privilege through which QWERTY can view and receive goods on behalf of other Requesters.
