Ability to edit succession plan details, even though I am not an owner

Hi,

Through person spotlight page (My Client Groups > Profiles > Talent profiles > Search for employee) I am able to view which succession plan they are apart of, however I am able to also edit that succession plan, even through I am not an owner of the succession plan. 

How do I view this information, but not be able to edit it?
