Is it possible to have managers rate employees based on multiple talent ratings (performance rating & potential & risk of loss & impact of lass) on a performance document?
If we add these talent ratings on a questionanire, will it stamp a person's profile when completed? If we obtain the talent ratings on a check-in template, does it stamp a person's profile?
We are looking for best way to obtain these ratings since we already use annual performance documents and check-ins.
