Any way to use check-ins to obtain performance ratings?Content
Any way to use check-ins documents to obtain performance ratings? We can add as part of questionnaire, but this does not ultimately update an employee's profile. Is the only way to update a performance rating through an annual/antyime document process flow? I want to confirm that check-ins truly shouldn't be used as stand-alone performance process for our company since we can't stamp performance ratings.
