Hi,

I have updated (created a new version of the questionnaire by adding a new question) and is in active state.

The above earlier version questionnaire was attached to a performance document that is currently in use. However after the above mentioned step (creating a new version), I don't see the question in the questionnaire as an employee while filling up the questionnaire.

Is there anything that I'm missing?

Note: I cannot delete any performance documents as they are currently in use.
