What is this about?

Several enhancements were made to make the candidate interactions easier on the Candidate Experience skill.

  • The administrator now has several options to brand and configure the Candidate Experience Skill using HCM Experience Design Studio.
  • Using suggestive conversations, candidates can easily find the locations and job categories they are searching for.
  • Customer admins can configure popular locations and make it easy for candidates to discover jobs.
  • Candidates can now signup for Talent Community and get access to updates.

Who can adopt?

Customers who have licensed Oracle Digital Assistant for Oracle HCM.
