Adding Marital Status Field when creating a new Contact

Hi, Does anybody has a workaround to create the Marital Status Field when Adding a dependent/contact?  In NUX ADD a Contact/Dependent page, Marital Status Field is not available. The Marital Status field is available in the Edit Page after a new contact is created. The Add Contact and Edit Contact are on different pages.  This field is required to check on eligibility and participant often miss out the data.

I have added this request in the Idea lab (Idea Number: d40b2323d2) in May 2020 but there is no update from Oracle.
