How to set a Competency by default in the Target Outcomes sectionContent
Hi,
we went into Me -> Career and Performance -> Career development -> In the Career Outlook section I selected the current role associate with the user -> I expanded the Competencies section -> This section includes the Competencies associated with the user's job profile, with the evaluations (ratings) assigned by the Line Manager during the Skill Mapping (through Performance document). HCM gives the possibility to assign for the competency whose rating provided by line manger is less than the Target rating assigned inside the Job profile, a development goal clicking on Add Goal action (see the screenshot 'ADD_GOAL.PNG').
