‘Check Person Eligibility’ option in the Performance Goals Mass Assignment task is not showing prope

‘Check Person Eligibility' feature which was delivered in 20D upgrade in the Performance Goals Mass Assignment task is not showing proper status.

For our Performance Document and Goal Plans we have only one common Eligibility Profile , Some workers are excluded in this Profile (For Ex : All the contingent workers), But when we are checking Eligibility of the contingent workers from Admin's Access (My Workforce > Goals > Goal Plans > Selected Eligibility Profiles > Check Person Eligibility. The overall status is showing as ineligible but the status for Eligibility Profile is showing as Eligible, which is wrong. I've attached the document for better understanding.
