Does Supply Plan considers the Engineering change orders

Hello,

Does the Unconstrained Supply plan considers the open Engineering change order?  changes could be replacing one component with an another component or revision changes with future effectivity dates .

If it's possible please highlight any configuration to be done and also implementation considerations and learnings.
